Abstract:Based on resource -based view ,resource dependence theory ,entrepreneurship research ,dynamic capabilities , and other related theories ,we divided organizational resource acquisition into three stages and developed eight leader's in-fluence ways in each stage respectively .The framework we proposed provides a micro-foundation of resource-based view and contributes to understanding of leadership effectiveness .

Abstract:Centering on the conceptualization of "subjectivity," ths article first traces the post-structural theories' impact on as well as their compex relationshp with Western feminsm. It then expores the development of the theorization of " womens subjectivity" n academic research on Chnese women and gender dscourses in socialist Chna from the 1980s. By examinng the appication of three influential theorists, Lous Althuser, Michel Foucault, and Judth Butler, n the Chnese context, ths article ntends to show the compex genealogy of "appropriating" post-structural theories for dfferent agendas of contemporary Chnese feminst criticism. Some scholars ntegrated post-structural deas nto iberal-humanst dscourses; some employed post-structuralist feminism to de-essentialize and hstoricize the analysis of "subjectivity" and "agency" of socialist Chnese women; some questioned the effectiveness of post-structural theories n studying the Chnese socialist culture from the perspective of hstorical materialism. Different research paradgms of theorizing " female subjectivity" have proven to be influenced and nformed by the changing deologies and social dscourses in Chna since the 1980s.

Abstract:本文对开放式基金费用率在牛市和熊市期间的表现进行描述性统计,并运用动态面板数据比较发现,基金前一期的业绩对当期基金费用率贡献度大,基金费用率存在显著规模效应,当期基金操作频繁程度与费用呈正相关;此外股票市场的表现也对基金费用率产生影响。结合统计的结果,本文得出管理者的薪酬机制是造成以上现象的主要因素。

Abstract:As time is a part embedded in strategy, strategy has a time- dependent nature. An analysis is made on the interaction between the strategic action and management cognition based on the time -dependent nature. An elaboration is made on the interaction between the micro action subject in the processes of organizing the formation, implementation and innovation of strategy, and the meso - and macro - layers in the process of organizing strategic action. A discussion is conducted on the mechanisms of impacts on the organizational strategic action imposed by the individual actor in the state of the cognition at different times. The strategic management activities based on the time perspective help deepen the understanding of the topics such as organizing strategic decision- making, innovation, dynamic capacity, entrepreneur innovation, etc. , and also help cognize and deal with some dilemmas in management practices.

Abstract:本文基于社会企业分类文献,选取了国内6家典型社会企业进行案例分析,通过整合制度理论和组织生态学,探索了社会企业与利益相关者在竞合互动中获取合法性的完整过程和深层机制.研究发现,社会企业具有同时合法化单个组织(行业)并塑造利益相关者认知边界的双重合法性目标,通过采取有限的竞合活动,社会企业以规范同构实现了个体合法化,并在此基础上结合生态位构建实现了组织合法化;通过采取割裂的竞合活动,社会企业以模仿同构辅以竞争同构或内生种群结构达成了行业合法化;通过采取动态整合的竞合活动,社会企业以模仿同构和自反同构走向了场域合法化.本文提出与利益相关者竞合互动影响合法化过程的机制模型,识别了社会企业合法化过程各阶段及获取的相应合法性类型,并填补了本土情境研究的空白.

Abstract:最低收购价调整是当前粮食支持政策改革的主要着力点,农户生产行为对该政策的响应决定了政策效能的作用空间。本文基于农户分化视角,将农户类型差异纳入分析框架,通过河南、湖北、湖南三省的农户微观数据,分析粮食最低收购价提高、下调和取消等不同情境下农户的生产行为选择。结果表明,最低收购价提高时,兼业农户的生产行为选择不发生变化,农业收入占比越高的农户越倾向于增加土地经营规模,且相较小规模农户,大规模、中等规模、一般规模农户均倾向于增加土地经营规模、减少非农劳动时间;最低收购价下调时,兼业农户更倾向于增加非农劳动时间,农业收入占比越高的农户越不会选择增加非农劳动时间,且相较小规模农户,中等规模和一般规模农...

Abstract:As an old country with several thousand years＇ civilization, traditional culture plays a deep-rooted role, along with the great changes in economy and society since reform and opening up, the traits, behaviors and decision-making mechanisms of Chinese local leaders manifest specific cultural factors and brands of economy transformations. Therefore, this study focused on the evolution pro- cess of Chinese enterprise leaders, and with the purpose of finding out how an ordinary newly-established firm leader develops step by step into a real top leader＇ and achieves the status of legitimacy in the well- known enterprise, we cannot avoid the concept of leader authority. Based on constructivist grounded theory, this article investigates the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial authority in China based on rich data of Liu Chuanzhi＇s leader activity. Under the parallel paths which are ＂evolution＂ and ＂design＂, the dynamic leader authority for- mation model is founded and the results of qualitative analysis show that the formation process of leader authority contains two aspects, which are exceptional management activities conducting and position power exercising. Specific conclusion as follows： （1） In the process of enterprise development, there are plenty of activities that guided and completed by leaders, but cannot be implemented only by lead- ers＇ position power, and they are named of exceptional management activities. In the ＂evolution＂ path of authority formation, leaders con- tinually consolidate and improve their authority through two classes of exceptional management activities that are ＂emergency rescue＂ and ＂promotion activities＂. The successful realization of exceptional management activities benefits from leaders＇ management experience accumulation and relationship maintenance with the government. （2） In the ＂design＂ path of authority formation, leaders consolidate and improve their authority through exercising their position power, which directly embodies leaders＇ initiative planning. Leaders＇ legitimacy are reflected through making strategic decision and demonstrating the discretionary of position power. Additionally, inspiring lead- ers＇ thoughts and ideas into organization members is accomplished through the construction of organization culture, institutionalization and convention. The theory comparison with existing research results and the future research directions are discussed in the end.

Abstract:From the five development concepts,this paper grasps the connotation of high-quality development,constructs an evaluation system of 20 indexes of high-quality development,and measures the comprehensive level of high-quality development of Guangdong Province by the entropy weight TOPSIS method.The results show that economic growth is the foundation of high-quality development.Only with the continuous expansion of economic scale can the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the improvement of benefits and the joint construction and sharing of development achievements be realized.The spatial distribution of high quality development level in guangdong province is characterized by "generally higher in Pearl River Delta and backward in east north and west" "the coastal economic belt is higher,the mountain area is lower".The contribution rate of innovation,green and Shared development is relatively low,there is still a lot of room for development.In view of this,in order to realize the high-quality economic development of guangdong province,we should first establish the idea of paying equal attention to "quantitative change and qualitative change" in economic development,and improve the quality and efficiency on the basis of enlarging the economic scale.Secondly,we need to implement the core strategy of innovation-driven development,increase investment in innovation and drive reform and innovation to promote high-quality economic development.Finally,public financial input in education,medical care,environment and other fields should be strengthened to make up for the shortcomings of social and ecological development,so as to comprehensively promote high-quality economic development of guangdong province.

Abstract:The persistent problem of administrative tendency in universities is regaining attentions in the context of innovative transformation and 'Double First-class' project.Based on the grounded research on A university,this paper finds that internal network cooperation is a process of multi-directional organizing based on connecting nodes directly,which is triggered by projects,tasks or problems raised by organizational members.Self-awareness of roles,assuring and cultivating institutions are the key drivers facilitating the network cooperation;self-awareness of roles renews these institutions,which in turn reinforce the self-awareness of roles.In addition,the institutions need to be maintained by a participatory governance structure,and the self-awareness of roles need another two drivers,namely mutual understanding and symbiotic development among members.At the end of the paper is a discussion and comparison between the ideal bureaucratic organization and internal network organization.

Abstract:有关中国自1978年以来出现的新经济精英的研究总是把政治和经济因素当作最为关键的因素,学界很少有人关注经济精英的社会关系,尤其是家庭背景对于他们创业活动的决定性影响。为了探索家庭因素对新经济精英的影响,通过在昆明、兰州、南京、青岛、太原和中山等地进行的调查,访谈当代企业家在1979年(一般为父母)和1949年(通常为祖父母)的家庭背景,初步的调查结果表明:2009年出现的经济精英,其家庭背景的重要性需要追溯到1949年之前,这些精英的出现在很大程度上要归因于他们在党政机关中工作的父母或者1949年以前处于统治阶层的祖父母,其家庭背景对于这些精英的个人行为及性格的形成都具有极其重要的影响。

Abstract:研究以JAS(决策者–建议者系统)为范式,通过2个实验探讨了语境交流导向(高/低)与建议方式(直白/隐晦)对个体建议采纳的影响以及其中的作用机制。实验1通过问卷测量个体的特质性语境交流导向;实验2则通过操纵材料启动个体的状态性语境交流导向。结果发现,高特质或状态语境交流导向的个体倾向于采纳隐晦型建议,而低特质或状态语境交流导向的个体则倾向于采纳直白型建议,并且个体对建议内容的加工流畅性在这一过程中起到了中介作用。

Abstract:运用建构主义扎根理论的方法,基于王石领导活动的质性数据,分析了本土领导者面临的不确定性管理挑战,以及领导者在应对不确定性挑战中发挥的作用,提出了一个本土领导者应对不确定性的作用模型。研究结果表明,在应对环境、组织和领导者个人3个方面不确定性挑战时,本土领导者分别发挥了不同作用,即寻找机遇、把握机遇,关注与响应政策变化、应对竞争环境变化;推动组织进化,调动资源危机处理;收放职位权力,形成领导权威,积累管理经验,开展组织外学习。研究结论对本土企业的管理实践具有一定的启示作用。

Abstract:构建综合指标体系测算我国30个省份2005～2018年的产业转型升级水平,从治理体系和治理能力两个维度界定政府治理现代化,在此基础上构建动态空间自回归模型,实证检验要素市场化配置改革、政府治理体系和治理能力现代化对我国产业转型升级的影响,并进一步从南北视角进行对比分析。研究结果表明:要素市场化配置显著促进了我国产业转型升级;政府治理现代化的积极作用主要表现在南方地区,北方地区治理体系和治理能力则有待提升,且市场和政府联动促进产业转型升级的作用不明显。此外,城镇化发展和研发投入增加都显著促进了产业转型升级,但由于金融体系不完善,金融规模的扩张并未显著促进产业转型升级。鉴于此,应进一步推动要素市场...

Abstract:Teaching and research are two most important functions of higher education institutions and there exists substantial synergies between the two. Urban-rural planning, as an applied social science with multidisciplinary characteristics, must respond to the call of the contemporary society. Such a requirement can only be met by improving the quality of urban- rural planning education in China. The paper theoretically reviews the meanings of "research" and "teaching" within the context of the planning discipline and by referring to the three stages of student learning, the paper argues that higher education should aim at transforming students from passive knowledge receivers to independent and proactive knowledge inquirers. This goal can be achieved by incorporating research components into teaching and student learning experience. Based on four theoretical models of building teaching and research nexus, the paper illustrates specific forms of research-centered teaching practice. Supported by data collected in student questionnaire surveys, teaching peer views and other sources, a critical reflection is made over the existing practice. At the end, the paper suggests that the design of research- centered teaching must be informed by pedagogical theories, adhere to methodological procedures and incorporate values of equity and inclusiveness in higher education.
