1.Chinese indigenous leadership research: Research questions and process

Abstract:This paper discusses primary topics of studies on Chinese indigenous leaders and provides an integrated process to conduct indigenous leadership research in China. Reviewing the current status of Chinese indigenous leadership researches,four critical research problems of Chinese indigenous leadership researches are identified. Moreover,research processes of diverse indigenous leaderships integrating multiple methodological paradigms are developed. These processes include three stages: description /interpretation /construction,categorization /theorization,and comparative study. The paper argues that indigenous leadership research should not only rely on Chinese materials and subjects,but also choose methodology that can reveal indigenous leadership facts.

Abstract:鉴于主流领导研究对制度领导研究的忽视,讨论了开展制度领导研究的必要性。在回顾和分析已有研究的基础上对制度领导的工作和作用等关键点进行了初步的讨论,提出组织制度在组织同时应对技术和制度环境时发挥了重要的作用,制度领导的非制度工作是制度工作的必要补充,制度领导的作用在于为组织提供独特意义以及一致的组织实务引导。

3.Perceptions of \"Women\'s Liberation\": A Study of Personal Narratives of Subaltern Women in Three Women\'s Federations\' Publications, 1949-1964

Abstract:This paper studies the abundant ＂language of （women＇s） liberation＂ in personal narratives oI subaltern working-class women in three magazines sponsored by Chinese national and local women＇s federations. These authors reframed their past experiences and re- presented their sufferings from economic exploitation and oppressions based on class and gender, using new socialist rhetoric and catego- ries like ＂laborer＂ ,＂ exploitation＂ and ＂class＂. They adopted discourses like ＂feudalism＂ to name and challenge the patriarchal ideolo- gies in both public and private spheres. They employed concepts like ＂working-class women＂ ,＂ masters of the state＂ ,＂ comradeship＂ to construct new gendered subjectivities as well as new social identities that are equal, respectful and political. As they were empowered by the revolutionary discourses and rhetoric, they identified themselves as active agents in their self-liberation instead of mere passive bene- ficiaries of the new socialist regime.

4.Allocation and Control of Funds for Library Resources Development Under Reader-Centered Service Environment: A Practical View

5.On the constructing mechanism and strategy of HeXie society from the perspective of social governance

Abstract:With regard to the challenge of social contradictions and the plan to construct HeXie society, this paper analyzed reasons of the contradictions and proposed three mechanisms to realize HeXie society from the perspective of social governance. We argued that soft legal system, incomplete market, and weakened network mechanisms are main factors that bring about the current unstable social events. Based on the analysis of the essence of HeXie society, we explored the way to construct HeXie society by combining hierarchy, market and network mechanisms, and reforming current political system to build positive environment for the interaction among these mechanisms. The paper also discussed the task and strategy of constructing HeXie society under the framework of HeXie management theory.

Abstract:文章首先采用网络调查法对国内外10所图书馆应用LibGuides进行学科导航服务的现状进行调查与分析,然后提炼出四种基于LibGuides数字图书馆学科服务中的用户交互类型:用户与LibGuides服务平台、用户与学科馆员、用户与用户以及学科馆员与LibGuides服务平台的交互,最后以西交利物浦大学图书馆为例,介绍基于LibGuides数字图书馆学科服务的用户交互实现。

Abstract:基于制度理论、资源基础观和领导理论解释领导者如何为组织获取资源。从"领导者在怎样的制度情境下获取资源、领导者为组织获取的资源是什么、领导者通过什么途径获取这些资源的"3个开放问题出发,联接制度、组织、个人3个层面构建了研究领导者资源获取的分析框架。提出的理论框架为分析领导者获取资源过程提供了依据,同时可为领导者在实践中获取资源提供启示。

Abstract:"科幻现实主义"的倡导者陈楸帆将《荒潮》作为一个重要的文体实验,在科学幻想中注入对全球化背景下诸多问题的现实批判,也通过一个极具冲击力的"赛博格"表达了对科技、人性、"后人类"等问题的思考。它借一个第三世界底层女性形象高扬了人文主义精神,但是这一形象在具体的文本再现中又有着被符号化和本质主义化的危险。本文分析这部"科幻现实主义"力作的得失,并在"赛博女性主义"的启发下,探讨当代中国科幻如何创造出具有真正革命性的身份认同、社会关系以及思维方式的作品。

9.The possibility and pathway of breakthrough for management in China:Exploration and engagement based on HeXie Management research

Abstract:The breakthrough of management in China depends on the power and practical innovation of Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs, as well as the theoretical summaries by researchers with academic attainments and theorizing capacity. Management in China may make breakthroughs in the following two aspects:On the one hand, with the help of methodological breakthroughs, we should unearth the wisdom and theoretical implication of Chinese people in dealing with complex problems in management practice. On the other hand,we should refine the practice of multiple intelligences coexistence and interaction in the digital and intelligent era, and built an inclusive and reflexive governance and management architectures or mechanisms. HeXie Management research provides an example for this. The breakthrough of management in China is the self-transcendence of Chinese management scholars and practitioners and the transcendence of Chinese traditional wisdom, and will contribute new valuable knowledge to the world.

Abstract:本文探讨如何将手工标注的"精加工"平行语料库与教学细节有效结合,以辅助翻译教学。在课程教学目标的指引下,语料库可以作为教学内容的有机组成部分参与教学过程;语料库中的习题及答案设计,与利用语料库设计的课后练习相配合,对于加深和巩固知识点的理解和掌握大有裨益。语料库中的"学习历史"和"练习成绩"栏还可以帮助教师随时了解学习者的学习状况,以设定下一个教学步骤。

Abstract:现如今,我国知识产权保护还相对薄弱,市场对高科技企业的认知和认可程度不足,使得企业组织合法性水平低下,外部融资困难。政府研发支持是政府对企业产品或能力的客观评价和肯定,具有一定的认证效应,能够帮助企业获取组织合法性,进而获得投资者的资金支持。本文基于组织合法性理论,重新审视政府研发支持对高科技企业外部融资的作用机理;采用非平衡面板数据,实证检验政府研发支持所具有的认证效应,及其对企业外部资金获取的影响;同时考察了知识产权保护水平对这一影响的调节作用。本文研究有助于丰富相关理论的内涵,拓宽理论研究边界,为提升企业融资能力提供有益参考,也为政府充分发挥在市场中的积极作用提供理论支持。

Abstract:The paper will first review the theoretical grounds of metacognition in cognitive psychol- ogy and clarify the distinction between metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive strategies as two components of metacognition. It will thendiscuss, within the framework of cognitive writing theory, research on metacognitive knowledge in second language writing. 16.Study on Motivation and Strategic Choice of Enterprises’ Energy Saving and Emission Reduction

Abstract:By identifying the characters of environment toward enterprises in the low carbon economy, this paper dlfferentiates the environment into three types of market： product market, social market and political market. Then it points out three kinds of motivation for enterprises to save energy and reduce emission： one is to decline the cost and get differentiated competitive advantage in the product market; another is to get public recognition and enterprise＇s reputation in social market; and the final one is to pursue legitimacy and government＇s support in political market. Based on literature, we build two types of strategic choice： the proactive strategies and reactive strategies. Further, we offer a strategic model for enterprises to save energy and reduce emission according to the different motivation, which can help the enterprises get the sustained competitive advantage in the low carbon economy.
